Welcome to my website. I am Sam, a pretentious esoteric ironist from the United States.

The title of the site comes from a tweet by Jordan Peterson. Unlike him, I'm not an illiterate Derrida hater. If you want to see what Derrida is actually all about, check out my Derrida shrine page.

(For the record though, I'm not as hyperfocused on Derrida as I used to be. Lately I am more interested in Georges Bataille and Benedict Spinoza. But my impetus for studying critical theory - particularly critical animal studies - was a man on the internet telling me I was too uneducated to understand him.)

Interests

Besides working on this website, I have many other "unproductive expenditures" (time-wasting hobbies) in my life.

Some of these interests include anthropology, critical theory, heavy metal, occultism, veganism, and zines.

I am wholeheartedly anticapitalist and antifascist.

I unapologetically support social justice, including veganism.
